Built by a physician, for medical practices
Calendrobot answers your practice's WhatsApp in seconds, at any hour: it answers questions, books into Google Calendar and sends confirmation reminders. Built by a physician and used in his own practice.

A Tuesday, 10:40 pm. The receptionist has gone home; the patient leaves with a booked appointment.
A study published in Harvard Business Review, covering 1.25 million leads, found that replying within 1 hour gives about 7 times more chance of a meaningful conversation than waiting longer, and over 60 times more than waiting a day. The average company took 42 hours.
On Zocdoc, a US booking platform, roughly half of appointments are booked between 5 pm and 9 am, while offices are closed. Published studies on online scheduling find 34% to 46% of activity happens while the office is closed. Calendrobot does not replace your receptionist: it covers the hours she is not there.
A week has 168 hours and a full-time shift in Brazil has 44. Covering WhatsApp around the clock with people would take about 4 employees, each costing close to R$ 3,000 a month with payroll taxes.
Recovering one consultation a month already pays for the Professional plan.
At night or on weekends, the patient picks a slot and it goes straight into Google Calendar.
A reminder that asks for confirmation. Cancellations go back to the calendar right away.
Lets patients know when their follow-up window is closing and when a check-up is due.
At night, on weekends and during consultations, patients get an answer right away on the practice's WhatsApp.
Shows the real free slots and books into the practice's calendar, with no back-and-forth.
Reminds 7 days before, the day before and on the day. Patients confirm or cancel on WhatsApp and the slot is freed.
On the Complete plan, the AI assistant chats naturally and understands voice messages, no button menus.
When a patient describes an emergency, it advises calling emergency services and alerts the team right away by WhatsApp and email.
Prescription requests, quotes or sensitive matters go to the receptionist with a summary of the conversation.

I'm Dr. Andrei Salvioni, a urologist, and I run my own practice. Calendrobot was born from the real day-to-day of my clinic: follow-ups, prescriptions, medical certificates, procedure quotes. Only then did it become something other practices could use.
As a physician, I know what a front desk must not say. The assistant gives no clinical advice, makes no diagnosis and promises no results. It handles logistics and passes anything medical to the team.
In about 30 minutes we write down your hours, fees, appointment types and practice rules.
You connect the practice's WhatsApp and Google Calendar through Meta's and Google's own screens, in about 10 minutes.
You chat with the assistant as if you were a patient. Only then does it start answering real patients.
Monthly prices in Brazilian reais. Early partner practices get special terms during the pilot.

1 credit = 1 reply from the AI assistant.
The clinic connects its own Google account and chooses which calendar appointments are booked in. Calendrobot uses this access only to:
Calendar data is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with third parties and not used to train artificial intelligence. The clinic can disconnect at any time in its Google account settings. Details in the privacy policy.
No. It handles times, fees and administrative requests. Any clinical question goes to the team, and assessment stays with the professional, in a consultation.
The assistant recognizes it by keywords and meaning, advises calling emergency services, pauses automatic replies in that conversation and alerts the team by WhatsApp and email.
No. The assistant uses Anthropic's AI through its commercial API, whose terms forbid training models on customer content. Calendar data is not used for that either.
The practice is the data controller and Calendrobot is the processor. A patient's data can be deleted at any time from the dashboard, and data of patients inactive for 2 years is deleted automatically.
Yes. Calendrobot is a Meta-approved tech provider and uses the official WhatsApp Business API, on the practice's own number.
Not if you already use Google Calendar. The assistant books into the calendar you choose, and appointments the receptionist adds there also get reminders.
